Honestly it's just been poor customer service with one particular woman there. Three times I've asked for a call back and three times she hasn't done so. I won't ask again

Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. Stark difference from Home Depot where they basically ignore you. Maybe they're a little bit higher than the big box, but it's worth it.
